Site owners can make extra money by charging advertisers for displaying ads on their site. Ads may be served through third party networks like Google Adwords or through site owner owns site server. However, the revenue can vary as it is based upon the type of advertisement i.e CMP (cost per thousand) or CPC (cost per click). Therefore, its pretty obvious that traffic affects how much money you make. Google Adsense is a great way to get started. What other ways can you think of to generate extra revenue for your online business? Lets talk!

Guys, this is just a few options. There are many other other alternatives and as consumer behaviour change so to does business. There are many network that provide links to maintain privacy so that one may create a special audience list to share personal matters. When post is related to ones business refrain from using emoticons, shorthand and other web friendly variations that makes content appear less professional.

Drop shipping, another trending online business method. How does it work? 
An individual creates an online store to sell products from other persons ( i.e you don't do any of the shipping or manufacturing) the individual gets a commission for each sale. The advantage here is that the individual do not have to risk buying stocks in bulk that may or may not sell. Therefore, the overhead cost is lower and you do need much to get started.
