I eagerly awaited their feedback which i finally received three days later. Yip! At this time i was no longer interested in the product.
You see, we need to keep in mind that the customer has several buying options. Therefore, if they show interest in your product you need to keep them engaged and secure that sale. Try to respond to your messages in a timely manner. A day should be sufficient. What you can do to help build reliability is send an automatic response stating " I receive your message and would respond shortly" or you can provide a link with FAQ's, and if it does not satisfy the customer's question/s they could always hit the NO button so you could investigate and respond to them shortly.
